What to expect: a portable tank with seat, target, and throwing balls; set on level ground, with a roped-off area in front of, beside and behind the tank to keep onlookers back. Plan for about 8–10 ft of width and 10–12 ft of depth for the setup, plus room for the line. Most units roll in on a trailer or dolly—wide gates and firm paths help. A standard garden hose fills the tank. Most of the time it fills in 30 to 60 minutes, but it can take longer if your water pressure is low. You’ll also want a spot to safely drain the water after the event.
Safety is simple and non-negotiable, and we follow the manufacturer's rules: one person on the seat at a time, and an adult operator on duty at all times. Riders must be at least 5 ft tall, no more than 250 lbs, and able to swim. Anyone with a medical condition that limits physical exertion, such as a heart condition, pregnancy or a back injury, should stay off the tank. No diving, standing or horseplay, and stop use during storms or high winds.
